The squad is in much better shape by reinvesting the bent/Henderson money. But you are right the left full back spot has never been claimed!

Yeah I agree with you, I think its good money, Everton are always gonna take double figures, they are fooked financially, gotta wonder why no one has bought them! 4 million for Beckford is good business also.

Typical one good tournament, gets signed up by Real, never really commands a start and when he does, looks out of place. Needs a fresh start!

I will miss him, It seems that Dalglish don't really wanna keep players against their will. Guess he wants to try and build up a great spirit of playing for Liverpool and thus "releasing" all sulks.

Yup considering he pretty much dragged Liverpool up the league with his goals and performances, I think it was a bit shit of Daglish.

The Arsenal match was a prime example this year, The match was shit, Liverpool looked average until Meireles came on and started making intelligent runs and passes and Liverpool win 2-0.

I heard it was also to do with an additional fee after X games played, but even if both of those are true, if you want to win things you have to pay your best players, I can't see chelsea balking at 70k a week

He hasn't really done that tho, Henderson was brough in for RW / AM as has been shown in all games during preseason and season. He brought in Adam but released Aqui.

I'm guessing that Kenny wants to use Jonjo more and thus want one of the sub options from the bench be a youngster rather than 2 seniors.

Speculations tho! But if he don't wanna stay in Liverpool flogg!
