He lost your fans because you are not winning the league right now. He lost the players because he will not be the cheese in a Terry Lampard sandwich. I would think like a lot of your managers he is following orders from above and playing players he does not want to play as well as having new ones bought in. If you ever want another manager like Jose they need time unfortunately with your fans and players with more power than they deserve you will never get a long term manager.

With a lot of the top teams, a decent amount of the fan base will only know winning. They aren't necessarily glory hunters but they picked their team when the team was doing well. Now it isn't they don't like it.
