It's still baffling though, diet pills aren't a particularly safe, healthy way to loose weight, if they even make you loose weight to begin with.
IIrc they are only banned cause they are/were used to mask the presence of real performance enhancing drugs.

from the start of their suspension i think, and it gets backdated .. so toure started his ban in March or whenever..
