Aye dont jinx it. Is it wrong to want Wolves and Blackpool to both stay up ? Shame that means blackpool needing to beat Utd. Dont want that though. Bah. Sucky. lol

All Blackpool have to do is get a better result then Birmingham and Wigan to stay up.. it's doable tbh.

Tottenham 2 - 0 Birmingham
Stoke 1 - 0 Wigan
Man Utd 1 - 0 Blackpool

A scenario like this (for example) would see Blackpool stay up, I hope both us and Blackpool do, nerves have begun kicking in as of yesterday, I want Sunday to come so badly but.. bleh.. so nervous :d.

Yep it is a tough call as I don't want any of the five to go down but as I have said earlier I have faith that Wolves have enough fight in them to stay up. United will desperately want to beat Blackpool but alot will depend on the side we field. Wigan need to find a performance but they go up against a wounded Stoke side who will want to finish well and lay the cup final to rest. Blackburn played well against us, they have it in them to stay up but I still give Wolves the edge, however a draw could save both. Birmingham have looked like a beaten side lately and face a Spurs side who must win to have any hope of hanging on to it's better players. For those reasons, my bottom 3 is...

Wigan
Birmingham
West Ham

I really want Blackpool to go down, then my local team Fleetwood, can pick up a few of their players. We can pretty much pay what their players would be on in the championship anyway.

Fleetwood will be a league club soon enough, look to be trying to do a Crawley?

Not quite got the cash Crawley have but not far behind. I know the chairman and hes minted. They have just signed a striker from Crawley who is mint, but is homesick. Rumours are they have signed Brett Ormerod. They have just built a new stadium too that is absolutely reem. House built on sand obviously, but its good for the town and that. They should go up this season. Plus, Abi Clancy is often at the games and Peter Crouch too, cos Sean Clancy plays for em. I would refer to them as "we" but I only went to a handful of games last season

It's good to get more new clubs into the League.. however in the conference it's insane how many ex-league teams are infact down there. Wrexham, York, Luton, Mansfield, Grimsby, Cambridge etc etc

Not that the FA's decision will make much of a difference; but it is very pleasing to see the English taking a stand.

I'd say Spurs are most likely to lose, afaik they will get EL place even if they finish 6th due to topping the Fairplay league and England being awarded an extra spot. So they are not playing for anything really. I hope! :p

But Harry won't want to start the season in June now would he?

If Neymar does somehow move to us then you have to think at least 1 of our frontline will be on their way, I have a feeling Anelka and Kalou will feel the brunt of the boot.

They need a true playmaker to put the passes through to torres. Most the chelsea team dont seem interested in playing the type of pass that he thrives on. Not sure if they will go for that

This!

As we saw during his time at Liverpool, he is generally limited in the ways to get the best out of him: he likes quick, direct passing that is preferably slide rule, he likes to lead the line on his own and generally looks to exploit both channels, he doesn't like to hold it up too much, he doesn't create too much and he generally tries to stay out of build up play, but he's generally a willing runner who can break the offside trap and hold off defenders in 50/50 situations. I do believe if they play to his strengths he will be awesome again

Hence the rumours about Cesc I would suppose. Although they are linking him with Man CIty now as well.

I think I've just seen the worst refereeing decision ever in the Peterborough MK Dons playoff match.

Peterborough striker George Boyd gets tripped outside the box, ball falls to another Peterborough player who rifles it into the net. Ref disallows goal because Boyd was tripped, so instead of a goal Peterborough get a free kick which is blocked and MK Dons almost nab a goal back on the break.

Ridiculous

To be fair to the ref the whistle actually went well before he tucked it away, but it was a short whistle.

The '35 YEARS' banner at OT has been recognised as most expensive banner in the world. It took more than £350 million to take it down.

Those saying Chelsea need a playmaker above all else are 100% correct. It has been painful watching us at times this season when it has fallen on players like Essien to fill that void when it isn't really their game. Lampard has looked a shadow of his former self since his injury problems, sad but true. :(

Only to be replaced by the 35 years and 1 cup banner. :D It won't make as many people sick as 2 girls 1 cup but it will make 35,000 blue Mancs vomit. :D

Why is he even blowing then though, the ball fell straight to the attacker
I think he blew, because the posh player was actually behind the two dons players, it was not even a free kick boyd blatantly dived.
