Guardiola has gotten the best out of what was already a fantastic team, you can cite what fantastic players he has at his disposal all you want but without motivation and some tactical nouce behind them they wouldn't be as dominant as they are.

Guardiola is a great manager, but the Copa del Ray final showed us his tactical naivety. Mourinho simply out-thought him, and got Madrid employing the right kind of tactics. These next two games will really test Guardiola's ability as a a manager as I believe he may need to get them playing slightly differently.

Barca are playing with a great deal of fatigue currently. It was evident against Arsenal, and has been pretty obvious in the leagues and cups since. The small squad size is useful and beneficial at times, but at the back end of a busy season with injuries and a huge number of games under their belt they are starting to drag a bit. It's just my opinion that it was naive of Guardiola to not change his game plan when he knew Mourinho had learnt from his mistakes. That is Barca's true weakness (if you can call it that), the fact they have been shown, so far, to not be capable for playing any other way.

But I think Guardiola is a class act, was never questioning his coaching abilities. He had a great team, yes, but he still needs to motivate his players and get them playing the way that suits Barca best. Great teams still need great managers - look at Inter this year, the shadow of the team that won the treble last season.
