I'm sorry, what? His professional and private live's are separate, I don't have to respect him as a person to respect him as a footballer.

Calling him fatty is just silly really and such a shame that most people seem to call him that ;/

It's completely factual. Have you seen him? Despite all his pace, belly got him.

And he likes to make the beast with two backs with lady boys.

Was a great football when he could be arsed too.

The shemales story was more of a hoax than truth. Iirc they were trying to mug him and he never knew they had "3 legs".

Real Ronaldo was like a rock&roll superstar, they are geniuses but theyr private lifes are like a tornado.

Little anecdote, his son plays in the same youngsters team than my nephew (C.D Canillas), and he is exactly like the father, even in weight :p

Why do so many people call him that? he was a very good footballer and should be respected for things which happened on the pitch and not off the pitch?

Sorry but no since they often want respect for things they do off the pitch until it is something they shouldn't have done at which point the whole on the pitch argument is used as a diversion.

So why are we not calling C.Ronaldo 'Whos the daddy?' for his off field antics.

Doesnt exactly mean much to anyone if call him that, he just like any other footballer with the kid. Makes sure it is well taken care of and dedicates goals to them!
May not be the traditional family man, but he has a tight nit family so even you said it to him he probably go "I am" :p

C.Ronaldo is a playboy. Everyone knows it and he doesnt particularly care that people know it.

And players will be judged for off-field antics. They do things off the field to increase popularity and earn money and therefore they push to get noticed off-field. As such if they do something stupid then there no reason to ignore it. They got to take the bad with the good

Really? Show me the post where I've mentioned Cristiano since I started talking about Ronaldo? I've not said one thing about Fat Ronaldo's football ability, I simply said he was fat and likes ladyboys.

Learn to read and troll better. Toht wrote a book, maybe you should read it :)

Just watched his interview announcing his retirement, due to health/metabolism issues.

Shame really, but his record speaks for itself and he hardly needs to prove anything to anyone. He did it against everyone week in week out. One of the greats!

Anyone watching fulham v chelsea, what chinaman joke did hoddle try and tell? I can't make out the punchline!

we're basically playing like Liverpool did under Hodgson now we've got Torres

Luiz looks pretty classy though. Torres is getting better, he's clearly got confidence issues, but yes, your style of play has been pretty boring - a tribute to the watching Jose?

LOL! Spoke to soon about Luiz!

I think he saw Bart, and went for the kill.

Clint Dempsey - proof that the overhead kick needs some serious skills to pull off ;p

i'm not sure who's worst; Ancelotti, Mike Dean or just our team. All completely fucking useless.

Unbelievable he gave that penalty and denied us one, was a fair challenge compared to Hangeeland bundling Malouda over or Gudjonson's two footed knee high lunge that wasn't even a freekick.

Fucking dire performance, exactly the same system as last game and exactly the same problem, play it incredibly narrow and build up as slow as humanly possible.

At least Luiz was immense.

Team - blame can't be with Carlo, he hasn't changed much, your key players have been naff this season, no effort and lots of mistakes. Frank's the only one who looks like he's trying, but he's not getting much joy.

Malouda, Terry, Drogba have all been below par. Essien's not been his usual self since after xmas.

And what are your options really? You've got no real width outside of Malouda. You've not been a wide attacking team since Robben and Duff.

Last year Malouda / Cole where on fire on the left and gave you width even though you played a fairly narrow system. They've not been as good this year, and you've had half a season without Lamps and Essien playing together which is your other source of assists and goals.

I do agree he could tweak it a bit, but to be honest you need a proper right sided player, and not a striker played out of position.

Good dose of luck as well :p

The system we've played for a little while hasn't worked very well to be utterly honest, again as I said I didn't expect much from new signings before next season even though Luiz seems to of fitted in well. It really has become a mixture of factors from formation to players that has seen us hit this rather horrible slump.
