Cup season ftw!

At least Spurs lost too, our aspirations of the lofty 4th place remain alive.

yeah but we'll be in 6th behind sunderland after we visit the Reebok ;/

dont really know where we go from here, our squads so small that we cant really change anyone, ancelotti has no faith in the youngsters, doesnt know more than 1 formation, we never close down, we never make runs or do anything a good team does. But who is there to replace him with if we sack him? nobody, and any new manager will still have the same problems to contend with

only manager i'd be happy with is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/André_Villas_Boasandre villa-boas but it's too soon for that

Good 1-0 win for Sunderland, should have been two but for Gyans total lack of understanding of the offside rule and he missed a sitter. Sadly both Welbeck (looked like a torn hamstring) and Meyler (screwed his knee again) went off on stretchers.

Chelsea we're catching you!

City spend record amounts to go to Arsenal for a draw. Have they even had a shot on goal?

was awful match, was like playing one of the lower clubs. Proper park the bus tactics. Not what you'd expect from a team whose spent so much money and "aiming" for the title.

If it means Houllier gets sacked then I'll take the defeat. If he isn't given his P45 now it is because, imho, the board wish to use him to lower our running costs -- before putting all the blame on him and sacking him.

Most useless manager we've had in years, even worse than O'Dreary.

This losing streak started when I got Cech in goal on fantasy football, also the week his clean sheet record ended.

How many managers will be out of work in the morning? Houllier, Grant, Hodgeson and Ancelotti all look dodgy to me!

By the way Turamber I thought you looked quite dangerous in the first half, why you played Agbonlahor on the wing instead of Young is beyond me though, Heskey and Agbonlahor would have been far more of a threat, especially with Downing and Young on the wings.

Looks like every team in the Prem is determined to hand the title to United this year (not that I'm complaining). Could tonight's results have been any better for United? Citeh and Arse drop points and Chelsea and Spurs lose. Fucking brilliant.

The only reason I think Carlo is still in a job is down to the fact noone else is available.

The fact he knows he wants to strengthen but nothing seems to be happening is somewhat disconcerting. Ipswich bound to knock us out the FA cup on saturday :p

Pretty much what I said a few days back, there could be blood on the carpet this time tomorrow. :D I wonder how many managers have come and gone in our top league since Fergie was appointed?

As good as it gets, especially a poor Blackburn humping the Scousers. :D

Decided to watch a film with the missus and forget the football for the night. Lovely to see the days results, and really hope that none of the managers get fired as they helping Utd to the title even though we not been that good ourselves.

But aye, these 4 managers look like they could be finding their way out the door. And now is the time to do it as if they get th enew manager in quick they can make changes to the teams so they more to their liking

I wouldn't say Man U have been exactly great this season, but everyone else seems to be doing worse :p

Best of a bad bunch definately, quality is massively down on two years ago in our league.

That's kind of what I was getting at. I think you count on the fingers of one hand the number of times when United have been genuinely dominant this season, but the others...meh.

Someones bitter :D
it was pretty similar last year tbh, we won because we were best of the worse, this year's just gone a step further. That's why I don't think it'll be long before Man City are walking it
