Pretty much every Man Utd fan said they should sell Welbeck asap about 6 months ago, now he has 6 goals in 19 he is being hailed as the next Rooney by some :ninja:

I neither said we should sell him, or he's the new Rooney. Nor did Ch3tan (I am assuming here). So that's 2/2 forum members who support United. Any other United supporters wanna add their name to this?

Bahu, he's just trolling as usual. I'd believe he made a simple error if he didn't do it so often.

What he should have said was "Pretty much every United fan I know said they should sell Wellbeck asap about 6 months ago...", which is very different to what he posted.

Well they be clueless people. Welbeck doesnt fit in either the before or after catagories you mentioned there.

Well say what you mean; and of course there is lollerpool bashing. Never met a more fickle bunch than on here - and if you doubt that, have a look at the thread from when you finished 2nd.

Also easy target. Boom.

Wasn't me talking about Welbeck, he has talent but isn't that exciting for me to rave about. :p

They are just like Newcastle fans, easy targets because of the way they behave so everyone is more than willing to stick the boot in when they are down.

Man Utd are the 18 times English champions currently sat at the top of the league table with games in hand. I rest my case. :D

Man United are the biggest football club in the world based on fan base and turnover. does that answer your question Keitanz?

Also we win titles and cups, on a regular basis. So we are also successful.

Calm down, stop being so serious, it's just a funny video I found.

There was a program on Sky last night - "Rooney's 20 Greatest Goals" or some other silly name for a bit of Man United porn. Some of the goals were tap-ins yet had the commentator squeeling with delight, twas most lame.

I'd like to see a compilation of Rooney's last twenty goals, some of them would have been so long ago he would have had hair and Colleen her virginity.

they might be accurate but since it'll be from deep in his half it'll be easy for most CBs to head away.

at least Aaron Lennon is capable of moving :p

All he is good for is free kicks and corners now, he is going to be 36 in a few months and has not got the speed for the Prem any more.

Much more suited to Italy or La Liga..

OMFG has Beckham lost his notoriously formidible pace?

shit!!!

Common misconception, you do not need speed to do well in our league as long as you are good with the ball at your feet and can deliver the ball to your forwards properly. Beckham has a good football brain, he showed that playing for Milan where he proved he can still deliver the goods in one of the worlds most defensive leagues. People will be suprised, mark my words.

this ^^

i'd have him at pool in a heart beat

will also serve them manc fuckers right for stealing my little Owen away

Didn't Beckham play behind the strikers particularly well at Milan too?

A number of times iirc, the guy is a good player but people don't want to see it because he has been the media goldenboy for so long and will go down in history as a United great.

All this Liverpool hate is getting tedious :( But it's easy to kick a man when he is laying down :)

I guess us non-english people will never fully understand the hatred against Liverpool?

same as the hate towards man utd, chelsea and (though not so much anymore) Leeds, they were succesful (and are), and thus many fans feel high and mighty and gloat a lot, Newcastle fans also seem to do this alot though i dont remember them ever being particularly succesful!

i support Hull and so have few delusions of grandeur, thus i mock all with equal passion :p

(and probably deserve to be mocked for supporting Hull too, but someone has to right ;) )

It's because every man and his glory hunting dog support united. Most of them have no legitimate reason to hate liverpool but do so because they think it makes them more of a fan.

The only reason there's so much Liverpool bashing is because they (the majority, not entirety) insist on rubbing everyone's face in their success, so it's only fair that we rub their faces in their failure :D

Keitan was probably spaffing his load every other day in the 08/09 thread when Liverpool finished 2nd.
