in other news, Ayala has retired. He used to be my favorite defender.

We have just had the season ticket renewal prices for Leeds next season.

It'll cost me £516 for the North Stand. The price to for new season ticket in the same stand £648 which will be the cheapest ticket for someone buying for the first time. The highest price is £790 in the East/West stands which works out at £41 a game.

How does this compare to other clubs? Have you had prices for next season or what were you paying this year?

That sounds stupidly high for a championship team.

I think Cardiff is £600 down to £200, depending on seating. Although I think if you've been renewing your ticket for the past few years you're still paying the prices of about 5 years ago which is less.

The only reason there's so much Liverpool bashing is because they (the majority, not entirety) insist on rubbing everyone's face in their success, so it's only fair that we rub their faces in their failure :D

Keitan was probably spaffing his load every other day in the 08/09 thread when Liverpool finished 2nd.

I don't think I was even on freddyshouse then..

That is slightly higher than United for a much lower level of football, is sad to see your fans exploited like that but then that is Ken Bates for ya.

Actually it is the shithole he makes it out to be apart from a few stunning buildings in the city centre. The inner city areas around the centre are even more deadly than Manchester and that is saying something. Liverpool has some really lovely people but it's scumbags are worse than anywhere I have ever visited and I say that without an bias just an honest opinion. Oh and I have a scouse cousin and nephew so I don't say it to be nasty either.

One scouser is much like another. You all blend in to become one repetitive droning voice with delusions of grandeur.

Man Utd fans are much the same really, just we Liverpool fans know when to stfu (normally when we lose, which is quite often lately :D)

You live in the south-east? I often find southern United fans hard work myself, I think they get ultra defensive because they are constantly under attack and some of them just cannot be reasoned with.

Down my local I sit with and I am friends with 3 City fans, 2 Liverpool fans one of whom is Scouse, an Arsenal fans and a lad from Leeds who is a rabid LUFC nutter. Have a laugh with all of them but the only one who keeps going too far is the Leeds fan who really is like a dog with a bone with it comes to Manchester and Liverpool. :p

Liverpool is really nice for the most part.
My sis lives there and I've obv been for quite a bit to visit.

Yes there are some scummy areas but the people are super friendly, never had 1 bad experience there yet.

On average it's a nicer place than Manchester ( more and better nice areas, worse worse areas ).

Are we talking Liverpool and Manchester here or Merseyside and Greater Manchester? If the later then yes Liverpool has some nice suburbs and the Wirral but Manchester has Cheadle, Sale, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Glossop, Hadfield, Hazel Grove etc etc...

Inner city Liverpool is a complete toilet though even the areas with the stunning victorian houses near the park are rough as fuck, I like the normal folk alot but Liverpool is not a city I feel safe in at all, Manchester neither for that matter but are loads of places here you can escape the dickheads but the same cannot be said for much of Merseyside.

Gary Neville looking as useless as ever... way past it. Should be 2-1 down with just 10 men. Lucky we got a noob ref. lol

Man utd have little shape or balance in this first half. The midfield has been considerably bad.
Hardly been a decent pass from the lot of them and they running around like headless chickens.

The midfield has been bad for a few seasons now with Scholes and Giggs propping it up. Carrick and Fletcher need to be sold along with Obertan and a few others.

hahaha
Sell fletcher? Clearly you dont know what you talking about. In big european games he has been a key part of our success.
Today he is awful but then he just back and lacking fitness. (also he playing out of position )

Carrick hasnt been much use, and Obertan is still young.
You realise that if we sell thoe you stated, and a few others there be no midfielders left at the club... but as a Man Shitty fan you probably would like that :p
