And as already said, Rooney is contributing enough via hardwork and chasing the ball down but just isn't scoring. Same cannot be said of Torres when he isn't on fire, he is head down and twiddling thumbs.

Lampards record speaks for himself, as does Gerrards. I'd have Lamps in my team over Gerrard any day. Gerrard has more flair, but Lamps is more consistent by far.
