The thing is, Tevez owed 25% of his own economic rights when he was at United and he got paid bigtime when City signed him up as well as the signing-on fee, he has control but he chooses not to exert it because moving clubs for large fees delivers him large signing on fees every time. Lol, when does a club ever try to give you an even bigger contract when they are already paying £250,000 a week and only you only recently signed a new deal anyway? The whole bonus thing is very dubious as well, a £5 million instant payoff to stay? Sounds like blackmail to me, he is going to derail City's title challenge unless they give him what he wants and pay up.

What a horrible mess eh? City have done themselves no favours at all either.
