WE WANT SIX! WE WANT SIX! Cracking game today, Milner/Gabby/Carew/Young were on fire.

Typical Arsenal -- getting a pummelling from Wolves, then go ahead with their first proper attack. Come on the old gold!

Arsenal were on the backfoot at the start, wolves had a real good chance to get the goal if not for the guy making a defensive header instead :p

But hey, the scoreline is still 2-1 to wolves due to their 2 own goals :p

Your the one talking bollocks i was surprised after your first decent win the the year your not touting CL football yet you feeling ok?

I have quite a number of friends and work colleagues who are Wolves fans, as I live and work in the West Midlands. I know this is a hard thing for a plastic knob to understand, but if you devote both of your brain cells to it you might grasp why I would have liked Wolves to make a game of it.

Edit: I think 3-1 over Liverpool at Anfield was possibly slightly more impressive than thumping a crap Bolton team.

Soze to be fair I think you took Turambers comment the wrong way, his claret and blue specs seem to have not made an appearance for a while.

I don't know, there are a lot worse teams in the league this season. You need to keep picking up points and sneaking a win here and there. Beating Arsenal for the first time in 30 years was always going to be a big ask.

If you can beat the Birmingham's, the Bolton's, the Wigan's et al of the Premier League and pick up points elsewhere you will stay up.

It's not the beating it's in that little bit of luck that you need to determine your survival, we've dropped huge amount of points (Pompey, Hull, Everton, Man City etc even Sunderland to an extent) this season where luck hasnt gone our way at all.

And chet, be quiet it was a statement in jest, 15-17th was my prediction.

I know it was a joke, but I still think you should wait until after xmas to write your season off. Luck comes and goes.

They've been known to have short bouts of this sort of play before before they utterly collapse.

Fucking Jermaine Defoe the horrible little cheating ****!!!

Sorry had to get that bit out, if anyone has watched the Spurs v Sunderland match you will know what I'm talking about, leaves his foot in when our keeper had got to a 1v1 before him and now our keeper has a fractured arm, watch MOTD tonight and you'll see it.

Thats what i was thinking. Arsenal do seem to storm out of the blocks at the beginning of each season and blow everyone away, only to burn out prematurely around February time.

I'm not saying this season is nailed on to be the same, but i would imagine a lot of Arsenal fans are being cautious with their predictions.

I wish they'd fallen to pieces last February, but sadly it wasn't to be. Can't see them keeping us this winning form, but we'll have a much better view of their prospects after 27th December when they're at home to Villa.

Haven't beaten us at the Emirates yet so should be a good acid test.

I hate Arshavins goal celebration, im not a wolves fan or anything but it's just one of those things that really winds me up. I'd love to see a ridgewell - wallcott tackle done on arshavin >.<

This month will tell you how serious we are November is a notorious bad month for us normal because the squad cant cope with with mickey mouse cup, european. international and league games. If we take 6 point off Sunderland away and Chel$ki at home that would be a good sign. I'm hopeful as atm our squad seems ok the one worry is Alex Songs role while Diaby only needs a stiff breeze to pick up an injury im not sure who will step up when he goes to the cup of nations.

And if any of you got called into work to tell your boss who has no life why an Exchange Defrag was taking so long (68gb running for 3 hours) you would have the right arsehole too.

The Ridgewell tackle on walcott was a fair one, got the ball and the player. I was thinking more along the lines of wiping him out because of that superiority thing he gets when he scores/winning.

He has had my vote for player of the month twice now his work rate covering and positioning have been awesome if he could improve his takling which is sometimes suspect he will be awesome.

He tends to run to our crowd when he does it its a silencing the crowd thing i dont think he means any harm with it.

I tend to agree Alan's view on this one, it was clumsy.

At least Villa scored the rebound. Darren Bent's penalty was absolutely dire. I'm sure Harry's wife could've scored from 12 yards and that open goal header last season :D
