Chelsea wasnt bad luck, it was simply awful finishing which isnt about luck
They got their luck on their goal with the bounce, after that i dont think they had a real shoot on goal (ie hit well and on target)
Like i said - plenty of chances created but the finishing was awful![]()
I agree with your criticism of the diamond, given the talent you have on the wings, especially on the left, I really cannot understand why you play so narrow. Lampard needs to push on more, if he is not getting at least 20 goals for you a season he is being wasted. Always thought the most devastating Chelski team was the one with Duff and Robben down the wings, and Lamps consistently popping up in the middle with the strikers.

Can only really remember one clear cut Chelsea chance, which produced a wonder save from Friedel. The rest were quite mundane.
Meanwhile we should have had a penalty, your right back should have walked with a red card and Carew really should have done better with that fabulous cross than poke it into orbit with his toe.
We have a very good record against Chelsea at our place. Last season was the first time in ten years that they'd got three points at Villa Park.
The corner defending was awful. Ricky and Drogba were at fault and will probably receive a roasting for that. JT's reaction after the second goal was there for all to see.
LOL, i can see it coming
To be fair i didn't view it as childlike, more like complete and utter rage because someone wasn't doing their job properly.
hahaha, this kid is prolly gonna move out of country
no its already 1-0 at this point
That gaol really should have been and should be disallowed,
you can see reiner has his eyes right on the ball and that the ball would have gone strait into his arms on the replay.
that be because it was a replay of how the ball got there, as they wouldnt have shown it if the thing didnt effect play.no its already 1-0 at this point
What i want to know, will the kid get a ban from stadiums? There should be no difference between throwing a coin to throwing anything else. Throwing coin = ban from stadium, so hope they hit this kid with it.
Don't be silly. A coin is meant to injure somebody. A balloon or a big red ball certainly doesn't have the same effect or intent. If the ruling was extended as you suggest then people who threw the match ball back onto the pitch would be banned.
And the guy at Villa Park the other year who threw a burger at Frank Lampard would have to be banned. Which would be tragic as it was comedy gold.
