Are you watching Adaa-son? Are watching Arda-son?!!!

When i was little people used to play football where i lived, but then someone stole the goal posts and they stopped! And then when i was 16 i moved to Grimsby and there was no way i was supporting them lol, grew up on storys of how their schools would come fight with our schools lol

Was a great result for united, dominated the game most the time due to the way City played. All changed due to the midfielders actually pushing on.

In some ways I was hoping Tevez would get sent off because of in the first half a few of the city players were trying to play a "Dive on the ground and try take advantage of the atmosphere and get a player done".

I dont understand the referee at times though. Books rafael for lunging in and not making contact with bellamy, yet bellamy just swipes out Evans feet and doesnt get any action taken against him.

Tevez led the City line well, and showed he is quality, but he didnt have the support to move it from there.

And the fans that targeted Bellamy need shot, bad enough the coin, but to then follow it up with bottles whilst he down makes it worse... and in the end it Utd that suffer from a massive fine. Well done to VDS for instantly getting out there and protecting him... no matter how much of a cock bellamy is that just harms the club.

That said, does anyone else think that incident helped us? as it was from that corner that Utd broke away to get the goal.

? Hope that ain't aimed at me.

Aimed at me as usual, Everz can't accpet that I don't live within walking distance of Utd, yet support them. Or that I don't go to games.

It's alright though, while I'm warm at home next season, he can support Wolves at every home and away game in the championship ;p

LOL, just read your post Everz, erm.... sorry? :)

Not at you either, more the muppets in Cheltenham pubs, you'd think it was a home or something the number of red shirts that were in there giving it the huge large one yet not a single one of them had even gone to Old Trafford or Manchester at that, joke.

The real fan bollocks is just a idiot fans way of avoiding a discussion. You can be a real fan at home the only people who deserve hatred are people who switch clubs depending on who wins.

Pretty much correct, if someone sticks with a team through thick and thin then so be it.. the players who were liverpool, then utd, then chelsea and now back to utd are the ones you need to pity

No need to be so coy here soze, we should name and shame Aada at every chance we get.

Hey Aada, who were you supporting tonight and how many times did you switch loyalty during the match?

That is the problem Soze, alot of them were Arsenal fans in the days of Anelka, Bergkamp and Viera. The trophies dried up and they moved on, some became plastic Chelsea fans and the rest jumped on the United or Liverpuddle bandwagon.

I have no argument i hated the pricks at Arsenal the year after the Double who had never heard of Dial Square, but its not right to say if you don't go to the games and don't live within x miles of your club you're a plastic fan. Our hatred needs to be directed at the right people :)

When i lived in London i passed 3 league football clubs to get to Arsenal so from what a lot of people say I am a plastic fan, they were not my local club and now i live 60 miles away but i class my self as a real Arsenal fan.

Just back from the game. Disappointing not to nick a goal but was good to see us dominate Arsenal from start to finish. Sure they hit the woodwork but we had most of the possession and carved them open at times. If the referee hadn't been such a complete one-eyed tosser we'd have had more chances and more Arsenal players would have been carded.

Downing was very poor for us tonight, didn't play as progressively as he should, missed an open goal and gave the ball away a few times. Richard Dunne, Petrov and Heskey were all immense though.

Can't see that Arsenal team winning the league, sorry. Even in defeat Chelsea were much better.

Anyone watching MOTD? How awesome does Melchiot look in the orange kit + face mask? He looks like a super hero, all he needs is a cape!

how long has Ferdinand been injured? He was awful today. Throwing elbows all over the place and pulling players down in the box.

I was quite impressed with both Tevez and Rooney today - both seems to be in a very good shape.

what game were you watching oO

Tevez with his falling over in the box in the first half? I assure you that if it was rooney, ronaldo, adebayor etc then people would be screaming dive.

He wasnt at his best but he been out for ages so what do you expect, he not been his best all year due to this back injury.
The "elbow" that tevez cried about was a forearm thatt more to the chest, so why clutch your face half way up?

footballers are poncy idiots most the time

.
sure he wasnt great, but he done some very good things as well

Ferdinand won't be close to full fitness yet.

Our English players were quality today, Joe Hart was pretty great too :)

does it matter who it was really? i'm neutral, I don't support any of the PL teams.

It looked to me like Ferdinand hit the leg tevez was standing on near the line. Of course he's falling - he hasn't got wings.

I expect him to be far from the level he used to be on, that's why i'm asking. There's no need to get all worked up about it.

As for the second tevez incident, he looked very desperate. He didn't even look back when his left (?) arm went far behind the rest of his body, to hit tevez. Whether it was an elbow or not, I don't know, however it seems to me that he wanted to compensate for the speed he's missing.

You're right, he wasn't great. That's why I was asking about his injury.

Really, really need to watch both legs again. Two of the best games I can remember seeing for a long time. The quality of football was great, and I get to see City lose after some false hope :)

Eh? He was on sky post match talking about the game. He praised Rooney and Fletcher and talked tactics. Maybe the special one should ask his mummy to let him stay up past his normal bed time?

3 post match interviews there, Mancini, Rooney + Fletcher and Fergie
