Subscription Problem: Making an account

I have recently received a box set with the NF cd inside, and all versions of daoc aswell. I applied to making a new account on the web-site and it said to wait for an e-mail from the team with details of the account (username and password etc). That was yesterday, and still I haven't received an e-mail..

Just wondering what I can do to receive my account details, or contact goa? as I have no username or password I can't access rightnow..

If you're using a webbased e-mail service you might find the e-mail(s) in the spam folder.

I tried to reactivate an account a while ago and that still hasn't 'processed' either, tried to log back into the subs page to check if i'd done somthing wrong and couldn't log in so i'd guess they arn't working properly at the moment.

Obvious stuff first.
Are you sure you spelt the email address correctly?
have you checked your privacy settings for your email account. many webmail providers automatically filter emails from noreply addresses without bouncing them to your junkmail folder. Check that isn't the case.

Finally email subscription(at)goa(dot)com and give them all the information that you used to subscribe with including the CD-key. They should be able to tell you what the problem is.

no e-mail response today. just got an auto response from no-reply that it was received.

Sounds like a goa network administrator will need to check out the smtp daemon's maillog. See if the mail even got out.. y'know, a just-to-be-sure-check.

Or try a different email address.
