old account hib/prydwen

Hi all.
Ages ago ive used to play on prydwen/hib. Still got game login/pass somewhere and even pass/login for old EU GOA site there where we used to pay for the game.
As some of my friends want to give a live server one more go i was thinking to reactive my acc so got a couple of questions:

Are all the servers got clustered now(EU, US ?
Do i have to transfer my chars to cluster?
How to do it if?

Whatever your EU account was it'll have _EU at the end of it, so say for example login was Rjan it'd be Rjan_EU, download the US client from http://www.darkageofcamelot.com/ - once you have that renew your accounts, login to the archived servers (where ever your EU chars were) and once in game do /freexfer Ywain X (X being whatever ywain you want them on, doesn't really matter which, they're all linked)
