Well usually it goes like this:

*ganked by fg stealthers while out solo*
"Hmm, maybe I should team up with some other albs?" - Armsman LFG @ CS!
"Oh yeah! I am in ventrilo, just got my cl pole and my group is about to hit emain!"
*ZOMG THIS ARMSMAN SUCKS! HE'S NOT EVEN TEMPLATED* - Random Amurrkin i vent
"Shit I need one of these template thingys everyone is talking about.." - Goes pve mode to get cls, mls and gear
"Oh yes baby! I am all sorted out! Time to rock! I'll be 2l5 in no time baby!" - 5 minutes later kicked from another Amurrkin grp after they all rage quit
Our hero The Armsman joins several pugs and often runs with the alb zerg to compete and get atleast a small amount of rps and realm ranks. He reaches rr8 at some point in The Labyrinth after adding and zerging his way through the ranks
He is now a decent player
"Hell yeah time to solo!" - He gets ganked by the same fg of stealthers as when he was rr1 while fighting a rr2 untemplated kobold skald
Our hero now logs on to FH/VN and whines about how unfair it is and how the stealthers should respect him and his 1vs1 fights
