Where do you guys download your songtrax from ? Looking for something cheap (free), easy to use and cheap (free)

Did I mention looking for something free?

Also, what format is best when writing to CD for playing in a normal CD player?

I use newsgroups, but I pay £6 a month for a decent provider with a cool web pointy click interface. <Pimpage>www.easynews.com</Pimpage> .. tis very cool. But I hear bittorrent is the future these days, kazaa is a bit passé.
