Nothing against the sentence those ppl got for attacking your mum, however a guy that lived 2 miles from here was convicted of raping an 18month old baby girl and various other perverted crap and was given a 5yr sentence.
Tbh i'm fucking ashamed to live in a country where if u steal you get 9 yrs, if you rape a baby you get 5. :(

Your right, there is some right shits in this world...

2 Years ago I was just exiting the Kebab shop after a fun day at Chessington adventure park with some friends. I was in high spirits feeling genuinly happy which is a somewhat rare occurance for me.

So with kebab in hand this guy about 4 years older than me asks for 50 pence. Me being the polite person I am I just said "No, sorry mate" and thought nothing of it and walked ahead. 5 minutes later he returned with these 2 massive coloured people. They all 3 ganged up on me, threatened to kill me etc and then stole my phone (Which I had in my sock *paranoid*) and about £30 in my wallet. I had my kebab in my hand so coudnt do much, and there was no chance of me outrunning them so I just stood there trying to reason with them ... they wasnt interested and continued to search and threaten me. Once they left I immediatly went to the police station and looked through books of criminals in the area, but none of the 3 was in there...

Well that was 2 years ago, and since then I've only left my house half a dozen times(excluding to school and such). And will never go out on my own (I am 16.)

Pricks.

I had a similar incident recently, a guy asked me for a pound for his bus fare. I said know, and he told me to "fucking give me it" and started to come at me.

Given I'm 6'2" I don't think that his heart was really in it, he was just hoping I'd back down. Then I pointed out we were standing in front of the local police station, and it probably wasn't worth it for a pound.

The look on his face was priceless.;)

I am one of these people who believes in a harsh law and punishment system. Rapists, for example, should be castrated, if proven using all our advances by 2 bodies that they commited the crime. Burglars should be branded on their hands and a mark on their face. Fuck em, they broke the law, I don't want them.
I totally agree with you there DB; if people know the implications of a crime is a suitable punishment and (preferably) something that stops them doing it again.
But only if it is DEFINATE that they did it, you dont want to castrate some poor chap who is wrongly accused.

Also, as previously mentioned about being alowed to attack intruders on your "land". The "invaders/pillagers" chose to enter your property, there for they are responsible for themselves, if they do such on an unlawfull basis (without consent). you shouldnt get arrested for injuring someone breaking into your domain. for example, if some shit happened to be climing through my window one night and i had a baseball bat in my hand id rather twat him one over the head than risk that he might do something to me or steal something... he made the choice to enter therefore he can face the consiquences.

but no the law seems to support the problem makers, when, tbh, most problem makers will carry on causing problems, so its only a good thing to wipe em out at first?.

law really is too slack.

good sentances they got though:)

Oh of course, that's why i said 2 bodies (i mean 2 independent ways of validating the sentence). Sorry I was not clearer.

As for breaking and entering. Fuck em, they are doing a premediated crime and know it is a crime, so if they come out of with minus several fingers, a limb, or something else tough shit. The law states you cannot trespass. That's good enough for me.

Far too many soft bastards running this country, crime is getting so much worse now. I live 10 mins from Croydon yet I daren't walk home, I gotta cab it.

Oh, and pissheads who cause trouble should be made to live off beer for a month in a cage.

I'd advise going for the knees.

(a) The side of the knee is a weak point.

(b) You are unlikely to kill or seriously injure someone, which even if that is your intention is quite a hassle afterwards with all the court cases etc.

(c) It is unlikely your victim will be able to flee afterwards, therefore they will still be on your property when the police arrive, so no excuses on how he was not there in the first place or exiting the property.

Personally I think Tasers and Tear Gas should be legal for personal property protection only.

It really annoys me how people think they have the right to intrude on your own space and take your belongings...I really just dont understand how someone can do that and not feel any remorse...

The really sad thing is, if a burglar injures himself trying to break into your house, there is a fair chance he can sue you for negligence (depending on what caused the injury)

It has happened before.

When?

I heard about this burgler who fell through a roof, landed on a kitchen knife and then won money in court for his injuries. :(
