Right. Until today I had nothing against black falcons as a guild. Today however I got a first-hand experience of what other First Cohort members have told me about experiences with them before.
The situation was this: I was in a group with Ialkarn in emain this afternoon, and spotted Eos and Sub in the trees to the left as we came through amg. We gave chase, and I sprinted from the back of our group, past the front people, and went after them. When I managed to get close enough, I QC-rooted eos, at which point sub turned and started hacking away at me. I turn to look for my group which included a healer, nukers and tanks, to find them miles back, just coming over the top of the hill that I'd pursued eos/sub over, trusting my group to be right behind me. Needless to say sub dispatched me in short order, but was unfortunately unable to escape the group. They then dispatched eos quite quickly, and when our cleric arrived, I was ressed. People then sat down in the middle of valley 2 and started talking about RAs. I voiced my displeasure about people not sprinting to keep up (thus letting me face eos + sub alone) and for sitting around talking about RAs instead of playing.
Fair enough, this kind of thing happens plenty and you're probably all bored by now.
However, Ialkarn then took this as an opportunity to attack not only me but FC as well, claiming that we're all proud of ourselves, flatly claiming that BF were superior. He went on to accuse FC of being stuck up, and then attempted to have me removed from the group. Later on this evening, he was (unbeknownst to me) grouped with some GoL who I often group with - outlaw, zoyster e.t.c. and I tried to join. Firstly I was told that I wasn't wanted in the group because 'i dont get on with him' - I then offered to say nothing in the group if I joined. Then when I was accepted into the group he disbanded when he realised, complaining that he wasn't going to group with 'that twat' or something similar.
What the fuck is up with BF? This ties in perfectly with what I've heard from other FC members before, but never experienced. Is it because you guys dont like competition? You dont like another RvR guild coming along and taking 'your' realm points? This is a real shame for me as it has changed my view of black falcons as a guild. Mad and Hatjitjai have both been very helpful recently and this really spoils it. I'd quite like to know why BF hold such a deep resentment of FC though.
