I haven't got any pics to upload but I have been out trying to get to work since half 6 this morning. I was up to just below my knee in snow. No trains/tubes/buses. I waited for almost an hour for a cab. FInally one came and I got in it. Got 5 minutes down the road and it skidded all over the place, slewed off the road and got stuck. So I then got out and came home again! No one can accuse me of not trying to get to work!

Still snowing here on the Sussex, Kent, Surrey Border, wooo also the snow flakes are huge and rather pretty.. I guess for the previous years it's not been cold enough for them to reach the ground in one piece rather than partially melting into clumps

I managed to drive past Edmond's road about 6:50am this morning, awful, the A331 was a nightmare, skidding all over the place, one lane open. No problem, it will get better when I hit the M3 southbound.

Did it fuck, was just as bad, no snowploughs, nothing. Eventually got to Basingstoke after driving thru a blizzard to get there. Will upload some pics in a mo.

Had about half an inch, though just come in and the roads are starting to get a bit worse now, chucking it down with snow. They STILL haven't gritted, I saw one gritter out on my way home doing the dual carriageway.
