i want an easy shammy sc set - no drops from uber mobs etc, as few artifacts as possible, 99% crafted armor (can do with MP shield) ... only artifacts i would wanna use are belt of moon and egg of youth, cba to exp the rest.
i only need dex/con/hp/pie/resists/cast speed haste capped. if possible as many +hp cap and +power percentage, also +mend but these are all optional.
anyone got a template like that?
