Regarding what I said about specs in this posts, have tested it and seems Wyrd is right 51 composite spec is all that is needed, this also applies to Left-Axe too too offset the hit/miss rate of off-hand being based upon Left-Axe weaponspec.

Ohh and regarding the question about dex what effect it has ect:

Strength: Affects Weapon Damage.
Con: Obviously affects hit points. (unconfirmed, also has a very tiny affect on how much damage you take)
Dex: Has an affect on evade (50% other 50% is Qui)
Qui: Increases base-damage DPS, (50% of evade)
