don't mids have aoe-disease as a baseline skill while Albs have to spec for it.

Why's everyone suddenly making such a deal out of disease? They all get resisted like hell, their effect is almost neglectible and they have 3 sec casting time. Also don't forget that, in order to get an insta pbae disease which might not get resisted once and a while, a shaman needs at least the one they get at 37 spec (I currently have it, and resist rate is still insane). But, to get away from targets you need endurance regens too, which leaves little valid speccing options due to shamans being a 1x spec class.
