Irregardless of the CoC, Please don't turn these forums into e-bay.

With regards to the CoC, if we want a forum that Kemor and the like update us on and communicate through, we can't be seen to allow violations of the CoC. Sorry, but thats the way it is.

i cant see why they would ban anyone if only one person is using the cd key at anyone time its not against rules, so if someone takes over the account and he does not create new chars using same cd key copy of the game then there is nothing wrong.


The only bit i think is funny is what sort of lame ass would pay $100, + $20 odd dollars for the game in first place.

Selling your account is a violation of the CoC. In fact, lending it to someone is as well :p

Anyway, I guess he lies on the info on ebay, he said with 105k RP he has SoS and IP2 .... there is no IP2, and you can't even get IP one on that many RPs ... Suppose he means First aid 2.

was bored so read the coc, your right it does say about that but think it says that on every game you buy. what i meant was as long as its done right eg they seller does not use the cd key to create other accounts i doubt goa would care. Another example of how uo works they even have it setup on their web site so you can transfer accounts to other people, i cant see point on whole of buying an account but i think its right your should be able to if you wish. Origin must of had enough people asking to be able to to this to set it up.

Actually, no. If you check my quote in the other thread, giving away accounts is also against Goa's CoC. Same applies for lending.

such bullshit, who is going to know/care, i doubt mythic or goa would give a flying ****. The only reason they have weaved it into their CoC is to try and deter people from mass levelling players accounts using game exploits and selling them on in mass quantities and they have stated this in the past, as they originally had no problems with people selling individual, genuine accounts. All these people who post here as soon as someone says something that might violate CoC in some way, on their moral high horse acting as if they are some sort of guardian angel protecting what is good and proper in the game on behalf of the developers is just sickening in my opinion, and these forums are plagued with it.

monkeynutter, you are the one acting like a kid here. I am not going to tell anyone, tbh, I don't care if anyone sells their accounts or gives them away. But do keep your facts straight when posting important things like CoC. When you are going to check something like that out, ALWAYS go to the SOURCE. Not some 3rd party fan page. That Warcry posts a CoC that isn't the real one just goes to show how legit they are, right?
