Rogue talents

In the middle of all the WoW board trolling, drooling over videos and cursing at Blizzard for the beta delay, I've been working on my Rogue's future talent build.

If anyone has any comments or constructive ideas, feel free to express them ;)

My build mostly focuses on Assassination. Front load damage for PvP and quick combo point building from a few different talents, so here it is:

Subtlety Mastery:

Master of Deception (a must skill imo even with the nerf)
Rank 5/5
Increases your Subtlety skill by 15.

Opportunity (goes without explaining)
Rank 5/5
Increases the damage dealt when striking from behind with your Backstab, Garrote, or Ambush abilities by 20%.

Initiative (more combo points, all the better ;) )
Rank 2/5
Gives you a 30% chance to add an additional combo point to your target when using your Ambush, Garrote, or Cheap Shot ability.

Subtlety Total: 12
Combat Mastery:

Improved Sinister Strike (must skill)
Rank 2/2
Reduces the Energy cost of your Sinister Strike ability by 5.

Improved Gouge
Rank 3/3
Increases the effect duration of your Gouge ability by 1.5 secs.

Improved Backstab
Rank 3/3
Increases the critical strike chance of your Backstab ability by 30%.

Combat Total: 8

Assassination Mastery:

Improved Eviscerate (must have)
Rank 3/3
Increases the damage done by your Eviscerate ability by 15%.

Malice (must have)
Rank 5/5
Increases your critical strike chance by 5%.

Ruthlessness ( <3 )
Rank 3/3
Gives your finishing moves a 60% chance to add a combo point to your target.

Lethality
Rank 5/5
Increases the damage done by your critical strikes by 50% when using the Sinister Strike, Gouge, Backstab, Ambush, Ghostly Strike, or Hemorrhage ability.

Improved Rupture (not sure about this, could probably be spent elsewhere)
Rank 3/3
Increases the damage dealt by your Rupture ability by 30%.

Relentless Strikes (energy is always a +)
Rank 1/1
Your finishing moves have a 1101004800% chance per combo point to restore 25 energy. (Note that it's really 20%) :p

Vile Poisons
Rank 4/5 (adds around 9% poison damage) (just to get enough for seal fate)

Cold Blood (mmm...)
Rank 1/1
Instant cast 3 min cooldown
When activated, your next Sinister Strike, Backstab, Ambush, or Eviscerate is guaranteed a critical strike.

Seal Fate ( Did I already mention that I <3 combo points?! )

Your critical strikes from abilities that add combo points have a 100% chance to add an additional combo point.

Vigor (Pretty useless, but it's more than nothing I guess)

Increases your maximum Energy by 10.

Rogues crowd control style. Basically a Backstab from stealth that leaves the target unable to do anything for a while.

The nerfs to Sap that I can recall is:

1. They lowered the effeciency of a maxed out Improved Sap Talent from 100% chance to restealth after Sap to 90%

2. The Sap'ed target has a chance to break free earlier than the listed duration (like every other CC ability - so not really a nerf).

It really made Rogue CC dangerous to perform in Instances, but I guess it was necessary for PvP.

Yes, that's why I'm not including improves sap in my build.
