I'm sure at the end there was a soldier floating in the water with the name "Ryan" on his shield.

It would be the most believable thing in the last 30 minutes of that film if it did.

children on ponies keeping up with an army of horseback travelling from Nottingham to the coast is not believable????

This is pretty dross. The best thing in it was Friar Tuck and even he was only moderately entertaining.

So much for jumping on the 'Origin story' bandwagon.

Only got around to seeing it a couple of weeks ago. I particularly enjoyed the sail-powered LCVPs that could turn on a dime. Who knew they had Higgins Boats 800 years ago?

Such a waste of what could have been a good film. They set-up the relationship between Robin and Little John so painstakingly well ... then we never saw him again. And all that cobblers about his father and writing the Magna Carta. Every Englishman's home is his castle.

Absolute dogshite of the smelliest, most worm ridden kind.
