Is that patch already live in the EU ( respeccing your start points ) ?!

On US they have been waiting abit longer than 1.89 with that stat respec. Dunno why, and not sure if it's even out there yet, which means it will be out on EU in about 6 months.

I was flicking through an MMO mag when I was in the States last month, and there was an article/interview in there about DAoC, and they mentioned that a sex respec was probably coming out in a future patch, but unfortunately they didn't state which one
