Wow.....think this is great news. With a bit of luck we'll finally see a lot of non-fotm groups in the frontiers again. And if things turn out really good there will be nothing like fotm-groups anymore after that change. It will probably still take a while until they finally implement this change (and it will take an even longer while til GOA finally gets theirs butts in gear and introduces them to the european community) but this could be the answer to a lot of problems.

It's pretty early to comment on all this w/o seeing the lists of RAs etc... but it is looking like Mythic are saying:

There are still too many people choosing to play albion and we feel we need to fuck over their main healing class again by "toning down" (clerics and zerkers know what that really means) BoF and giving it to all realms so that not only is the cleric the most 1 dimentional and boring main healing class, but it's only redeeming RA is now no longer unique. Also, we're giving Druids a second pet and Healers can now fly (and stealth).

But really, we need to wait to see what the changes are to judge them. For instance, I suppose we'll get some kind of PR and maybe somekinda TWF... I am sure they will fuck clerics due to Albion numbers though.

And imo Midgard is on the loosing end of te current "unique" RA list.

A total overhaul is shurely needed, imo looks like they are on the right path.

Some classes have shit ras yes... but some classes have shit spec lines :/
RAs were balancing that a little bit for Albs...
It also feels a bit sad that they will homoginize the realms. Although something tells me Alb and Hib still won't see AoE stun or disease on a chain wearer

cry me a river, it is balancing things, so what things like BoF gets "changed" and handed out to other support classes aswell, and the entira RA system is overhauled all this happens to everyone.

I am not crying. There is nothing to cry about, they haven't released any details.

I am just saying that Albs strong RAs were there cause our spec lines suck compaired to Mid and Hib.

I don't know what alb luv you're talking about, Mythic gave Mid overpowered things and moderately nerfed it.

I am not arguing all this crap again. It's all been said before. If RAs get standardised, then Mythic needs to address the issues with Clerics.

Maybe i think better rvr before ra's, rvr where people might defend a keep
not just to farm rp, but because they wanted to defend it. Back then marginal
diffeerence between realm ranks. If i only played for rp i would have quit long time ago.

looks like timers going down :[ sucks when slam is meant to be the main advantage of a scout, it only sticks on them without purge maybe 1/5 times already... I know DF is overpowered but slam is the only chance scouts have vs assassins, you cant purge a hunter pet or celtic dual....

Bring it on, any big overhaul is good imo, adds a bit of diversity to the game, we gotta find out new tactics etc and ra setups. Hope they give albs GP too so they stop QQ'ing about it, and ofc we get bof and pr ^^

wish they would remove the purge timer completly so you could just use it all the time.. that way my class would be completely useless and everyone would quit, and i would be the last scout on excalibur coz i like to die repeately fame and fortune here i come.. umm
