I hate to post two pictures of Amsterdam..but

The first one certainly isn't Amsterdam. The second one I'm not sure about either. The church is I think, but there is no street next to the buildings. Which as far as I can think of is not something that the center of Amsterdam has got (which is where this church should be). Nice pictures though.

thinking the same thing. I'm not sure there's a canal in AMS inner city not lined with a street.

Infact my gf just reminded me. The second picture could be from the Damrak, which would place the church in the right place.

After comparing the areas, it is indeed that area, but the photo Job posted is mirrored, which makes it look almost but not quite right when comparing the two

If you looked at my second post you can see i came to the same conclusion. Even posted a google maps link.

Funny thing is I often sit in a bar you can see in that picture from the Damrak. Hillstreet Blues. You can smoke downstairs and smoke weed upstairs.

Then again I never approach it from that side (central station) as I live in Amsterdam.
