I bought a DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ from a mate, for somewhere around £300. Since he used it about 3 times, this is a bit of a bargain. So here are some pictures, not particularly awesome, but I think they're ok.

Vulkanpizza originated from a pizzeria in Piteå I think. Don't know how common it is outside of Piteå (seen it on Gotland aswell!).

Googling leads me to believe there is a pizza place called Pino in Stockholm that serves it.
