Only to receive 1 laptop (Dell M3800), one of the two monitors and a docking station that doesn't even fit the bloody laptop. The laptop is HDMI out and the monitor Dell 24" has display port - need the docking unit to get it working! Asking them where the other monitor is and being told that a load arrived at once but seems some were missing! I asked who signed for them and they all suddenly develop amnesia and the ability to talk.

The chair that I didn't receive is now coming, it was meant to be coming yesterday but it didn't turn up.

This morning I received a voicemail from them asking if I had received everything and to call them if not, so I did.

I was half expecting grovelling and them telling me they actually hadn't sent the order out, but the guy told me the chair was out on the van late last night, so here's me thinking why the fuck did they ring me if they quickly checked my account and actually saw therea absolutely no chance I've received the chair yet.

I have never had a problem with Ebuyer and been using them for 10 years or so. But...I have never had to return anything so can't comment on their returns policy.

The returns policy is pure bollocks there. They told me they would not RMA a motherboard for me because I had broken the pins on the processor. I sent a fair few messages back and forth and asked for a picture of the damage and they sent me a picture of an MSI board. When I said mine was an Asus they told me it was a stock image. I asked for proof of the damage because I had a picture of the board before I sent it back showing it was fine and all of a sudden they swapped mine out and said they had the wrong motherboard. This was years ago now though I tend to use Scan now or surprisingly Amazon who have a lot of it for similar money on Prime.

They are just as scummy now. Sent my boys tablet back within warranty for faulty USB port, they accepted it then said they wouldn't replace it because the screen was cracked, ermmmmm no it wasn't, the screen had a scratch on it, their excuse was the manufacturer (Hisense) wouldn't honour the warranty because it had been misused (IT WASN'T FUCKING CRACKED!!). They sent it back, I contacted Hisense who are a fantastic company and they replaced it straight away and for a newer model. Ebuyer didn't like the email I sent back to them pointing out they are lying scum and how do they explain that Hisense had no problem swapping the tablet and that they themselves said it was merely a scratch.

I started a Trading Standards claim against them but guess what, that process is so painful to do (like they want to protect the scumbag companies) I gave up as it was at a rough patch with my mum etc.

Avoid Ebuyer at all costs for anything you may have to return.
