Currently I'm not affected by anyone else's habits - the smoking ban sorted that out for me - and second hand smoke deaths have been demonstrably cut in the process - a massive health win.

But scummy smokers think blowing their e-cig shit at me is now OK because it may be "less bad" than cigarettes. Well - I'll tell you what - it's "more bad" than nothing at all - which is what I currently have to suffer.

Smokers can fuck off and do <insert whatever level of health harming thing they enjoy> outside - where it doesn't affect other people without their consent.

Also interesting that you claim legislation brought in since 2007 can have had a demonstrable effect on health, considering how long smoking takes to possibly kill the person taking in the highest concentration of it.

We do have to differentiate that when talking of "second hand smoke", all the studies talk about prolonged exposure in closed spaces(workplace/home/car/etc)
