My personal favorite at the moment is bacon, chicken and sausage meat. I make them myself (including the base) so can have whatever I like, sometimes we just stick any left overs on, meat from sunday dinner etc.

Potatoes are rather prominent as well as fish at a finnish table, i guess, hmm...welll last summer when we were at my mothers house one time we had mashed potatos, meatballs, brown sauce, some form of salad(fruit and raisin with other green stuff). That's pretty basic finnish stuff.

Who said anything about it being warm? Basically you bake a magherita, tomato sauce and fresh buffalo mozzarella, then apply rucola lettuce, prosciutto ham, parmesan and then pesto. In that order. And then you eat it straight away. Not that difficult and not at all fancy pancy. Only deliciousness.
