Read the abstract and some of the main body of the text. It's a study about cold acclimation in "isolated perfused rat hearts" and its effect on enzymes, fats and energy use.
These observations indicate that for physiological hypertrophy AMPK phosphorylation does not mediate the enhanced translocation of LPL to cardiac endothelium
So, not much use as a rebuff to Raven's assertion.
Raven is, however, quite wrong
