question about lgm weapons

i've wanted a SB for quite some time now and with the new easymode ToA-patch incoming i've finaly gotten around to start lvl:ing one (lvl48 at the moment, will take the rest when i've got the artifacts i need, as i understand they will now lvl just like ordinary xp, no more zone restrictions) and i figure that i'm gonna need alot of weapons for different kinds of enemies and situations, and with that some lgm weapons.

so my question is as follows, what do i have to gather in order to make a lgm weapon apart from the lgm component? and does a lgm WC have to do anything else than just put the pieces together?

Depending on the dmg type of the weapon, you will need different weapon tinctures - fire weapon tinctures for fire lgm weapon, cold weapon tinctures for cold lgm weapon and so on.

Basic recipe for making lgm weapon is:
-basic exceptional weapon for the lgm weapon, for example exectional long sword
-rare component (torch of innovation, etc)
-3 perfect fiery essence gems
-3 arcanium weapon tinctures
-40 arc bars

About quality - I'd recommend to try at least to get quality of 98 before heading with it to the RvR zones, not sure is it a myth, but been told that trying to do any serious RvR'ing with quality of weapon any less than that is waste of the time

thx, the 3 arcanium weapon tincutres, is that some sort of alch thinige? and does quality of the different things make any difference?

Tinctures are done by alchemists. The quality of these nor quality of the gems doesn't affect to the quality of the end product aka LGM weapon.
