Hardest hitting Hib tank was Locomo. Haven't seen him about recently though.

Only way to solve this is by holding a server-wide dueling tournament.

Each realm has their own tourny and sends forth 5 champions to compete with the other realms. All 15 finalists duel each other and whoever wins the most fights, wins the tourny
