Procs on Shield for Paladin, whic one do you recommend ?

Hi,

Whats the best proc to have put on a shield please..

I having the lvl 47 DOT Matter proc put on my Weapon, but I dont know what to put on the shield.

I understand that some of the procs like the Health Buffer are going to be nerfed...

So what would you recommend plz

My understanding (and I keep getting told different things so this may be wrong) is that procs on shields should not work but, atm, do, but only in RvR :/.

So expect them to either nerf it or say sod it and leave it as is.
