problems accessing my subscription

I have been trying for the last couple of days to change some details in the subscription section of the camelot europe site, when it asks me for my subscription password and user name I enter the details, however it just reloads the same page. When either the username or the password are entered incorrectly however, it actually says that it is invalid.

can anyone help?

You might know this already, but:

You have 2 usernames and 2 passwords. Your GAME and your SUBSCRIPTION ones.

You have to use the subscription one to acces the pages on the DAoC-europe website, not your GAME one.

Other than that, I dunno what could be wrong. Works fine for me, maybe you need to change a setting in your webbrowser or something...

Erm i'm having exactly the same problem now so i can't change my password... anyone know what might be the problem?
