Only a point for Liverpool but Man United cannot afford to loose 2 now providing Liverpool maintain their superior goal difference. How much would it have meant if Arsenal had held on to their lead.
Actually we can afford to drop 3 points, we still have a game in hand over liverpool after playing tomorrow. Had the scousers won, it would have put the pressure on.
What I was saying is that if Liverpool had lost United could have lost 2 games, dropped 6 points, as they would still be a point ahead.
Now, however, United can't lose 2 games, drop 6 points, because that would put them level with Liverpool whilst the latter have a higher goal difference. This is providing Liverpool still have a higher goal difference, which would be likely if we lost 2 games ....
