Basically mages could be made a bit cooler with being forced to cast spell sequences.
these like ultra fast cast times and button spamming is just ZZZZzzz.
Like swing speed and draw times are capped at such a low level but mages for some reason have been allowed to take there cast speeds up to ridiculous levels givingn them like this fooking uber offensive capability if they get the chance to unload. On top of that TOA, ml's, RA, rr5 and defensive class abilities to counter the old syndrome of mages getting that wtfpwned feeling from the assist train.
Or to just cut a long story short casters are overpowered generally.

Right... Is it hard to make really stupid remarks? as its seems to be very easy for u.
anyway, u should know that most ppl of daoc are casual players who mostly fight in towers/keeps or in fun grps. And yes Mages > tanks in keepfights.
who u think mythic listens to? the 90% nice quiet ppl or the 10% whining ppl?

Kagato said:In my opinion spells should recieve the same speed penalty that tanks suffer, the faster you cast the less damage it does.
Give the casters the same choice tanks have to make, more damage or faster attacks.
Unsurprisingly, you are obviously too stupid or too arrogant to see his point, which was that given that the "ppl in FG guilds" are only an extremely low percentage of the general DAoC population (10% is surely too much), Mythic has zero incentive to balance the game around them. Now that wasn't too hard, now was it? Tomorrow, we will work on your ABCs.vintervargen said:i meant ppl in FG guilds. i dont care about randoms like yourself![]()

If by "RvR scene" you mean "all people that RvR", that's certainly not true on Avalon. On the other hand, I've not been active on Excalibur for almost a year now so you might be right.Konah said:90% of the rvr scene is fg guilds tbh.

noaim said:I really dont understand why people still insist on using those useless tanks in their groups, seeing how tremendously overpowered casters are.
Must be for the challenge.

Idd a caster is deadly if he manages to avoid the 234972349782 ways there is to neutralize him (and there is where 95% skill required while playing a caster lays on) . Still extremelly fragile with 'certain exceptions not worth mentioning'
i agree charge should b just removed even more after playing a charge tank ;p~
didn't know there were other means of recruiting than invitingKonah said:"no sorry, we only recruit by invite"

tanks are a must in group, or at least one banelord (bloodqqlot for example)
aaaaaaw poor raid /hug =)raid said:one day i played my berserker, met a caster group and died before reaching any of the enemies
