I feel truly sorry for the EU and Brussels.
If we dont leave soon they will be visited by Anne Widdecombe.

So Greens have done well, Italy has gone full Mussolini, populists are up a bit and traditional parties have taken a beating pretty much everywhere? That about the size of it?

I think this is the Earthquake..because hes correct.
All calling for a GE is now off the table.

These are the fucking days

Farage warns Tories Brexit party could win general election
A party with only 1 policy has no hope in the general election. The European election has been distilled down to a for/against brexit message hence the gains by the Brexit party (with a single clear message anti the EU in the European elections) and Lib Dem’s. That won’t be repeated in a general election.

No,

*Instert lots of big words that I don't really understand, and a few words that Farage and Trump uses whilst calling everyone sheep, also add a comment about the EU army and call the Germans Nazis for good measure, maybe add a source from Breitbart or Russia Today.*

Politico.eu is great! Although some countries have become very euro sceptic, the % is lower than 2014. More than interesting is that the UK % has dropped from 52% in 2014 to 45%..... not the big success Farage is bleating on about :)

I just think it's a shame that everyone is very cynical.

Why couldn't the Brexit party campaign on the platform of that we'll try to reform the EU from within if things don't go our way.

But we all know that Farage will vote on nothing, have the highest expenses and do as much as he can to disrupt and undermine the EU.

In the old days yes, but things have changed dramatically.
Its all single issue politics..being as this is by a bazillion miles the most incredible thing we have done.
Everything else between all the parties are just minor adjustments to an entrenched capitalist economy.

Turnout means nothing without proportional representation

Point is that the Brexit party will now go swanning around telling everyone they have the full support of the public which is 18.5% of the population.

Thats the same for every party.

And its all a bit hilarious..these are protest votes, no one actually gives a fuck about EU elections...well they never did before brexit when Farage was our comedy relief at Brussels.

The question is will they transfer into GE votes.
If so our system is now completely broken.

It's quite funny that you complain that everyone labels Brexit voters as knobheads, racists, and uneducated, but then you have an automatic deep hatred for every public figure that dislikes Brexit.

Why go to the bbc if you don’t like their politics? You should probably watch Fox News for a stance you can agree with.

I dont hate remainers...they just want the status quo.
I despise media bias..not because its there..but because its there and they stoneface lie it isnt..while they are fucking doing it.

The centrists are gone..its now right and left, seriously the conservatives might not have a party left..Labour lost their the day they voted in Corbyn.

Well done EU.
A divided continent.

Hang onU misread that.
No Corbyn doesnt know what he wants..because hes fucked and everything he says half his party rejects both ways.
Hes a commie and hates the EU because its a capitalist EUSSR.
Hes a joke on every level.
I actually agree with a lot of what he thinks..but hes just trying to please everyone.

No.

Corbyn agrees with pretty much everything you have said ever, from the EU to technology making humanity redundant, he's pretty much your perfect politician, he's made his views on Brexit pretty clear, it's just that people want him to 'clarify' his views until he gives up and tells everyone he loves the EU, when he knows in reality he doesn't.

The reason you don't support him is McCarthyism.

My point in my original post was that you said politics has become 'Left vs Right' - so surely Corbyn being in power would support this theory, rather than him being a waste, he's exactly where he should be - following your theory.

With a Brexiteer Tory Government coming into power, Brexit might become Left Brexit and Right Brexit, which will be very interesting.

I fail to see what a left brexit could possibly mean.

Which bit of that goes in the left brexit deal?

I meant more post Brexit rather than Brexit itself.

Who ever has the helm after Brexit will be able to shape the course of British History for a long time.
