Some people are saying she walked in and he "accidentally" shoot her 3 times thinking she was an intruder then after 10 minutes of fighting he shot her 3 more times. My theory is if the first 3 bullets were accidental he tried to argue with her make her see it was an accident. When he did not think that was going to work he decided to take her out to leave no witnesses. 4 bullets in the head does not suggest there was much range between them.

Right so acting for the defence I reckon he was carrying the gun and cricket bat through the house. His blades slipped on a wet floor she had just moped, so her fault. The gun and bat go flying. The bat being made of flexible willow with a rubber handle hits the ceiling and proceeds to bounce between her head and said ceiling, causing the head injuries. The gun hits a table surface and then floor causing several shots to fire accidentally. Every shot miraculously and unfortunately hit the target square in the chest.
