The last instance was about 4 weeks ago. Missus went to bed and I was locking the door and the babys chime started playing whilst I was at the bottom of the stairs. It stopped and clicked like it was being wound up and started again.

I went upstairs and asked the missus if she hears it and she felt somebdoy touch her hand. She then said then explained that she said "if its you nana do it again" Once again somebody touched her hand. As said before you would need all kinds of scientific evidence to convince her of the paranormal. Nothing has happened since then

It aint too bad. When it first happens it sned you nutty because you cant find your keys or your wallett. It causes endless arguments because I blamed her for moving things and her blaming me. Get used to it after a bit

Were convinced its two spirits, entities or whatever. Both of which are harmless. One of them is my wifes Nanna. We think she cant rest because my wifes spiteful cousin wont give up the ashes. She died 4 years ago this Christmas and the Funeral was to be held between Christmas and New Year. On the day of the funeral her son and my father in law got caught on the M6 stuck in a Traffic Jam. He missed the funeral. Within a week of the funeral her flat was gutted of all kinds keep sakes and momentos etc. Nobody was allowed to see the will except for the cousin (See above) and her mum(Father in laws sister) So she hasnt been able to rest since, or so we think.

The second one is a Child who was supposed to have lived in the house years ago. Our son will point to absolutley nothing and say things like "ahhh baby" and point as though something is moving. Albeit we cant see anything.

The other instance was when I was upstairs having a shave and I heard somebody stomping their feet at the top of the stairs. I thought it was our son because it sounded like his feet and not that of an adult. Hes been walking for about 6 months now and he stamps his feet because he can. I went downstairs and asked my Wife how come Alexander was stomping his feet. She said he had been asleep in his buggy for the last half hour.

We both get the feeling that nothing is evil about them both.

You got a camera with infra red night vision? Set it up one night in the spookiest part of the house, and record a few hours (with the lights off).

You might see some 'orbs' (I'm not a great believer, but I've seen them recorded by a cameraman friend of mine, and they weren't dust).

wow, that's wonderful and sad at the same time Ash. in an aside, is there no legal way to open access to the will? I'm sure you've thought of everything, but it just crossed my mind.

To be honest we did consider it. We asked them if they would relaes the ashes so they coulld be burried and we also asked to see the will. They accused us of going behind their back and arranging a memorial service. I mean this had no legal standing, there was no priest or anything. It was just a way for those who couldnt make the funeral to say goodbye and say our last respects. We explained we didnt invite them because of how things had been and it would spoil the whole purpose of the day. They was then going to see a solicitor bearing in mind they had the will and the ashes. All we were going to do was have a few nice words a couple of glasses of wine and that was it. If they were so desparate to keep the will they must obviously gone against some of the wishes of it

I could be wrong here, but I think that a last will and testament is a matter of public record. There should be no reason why you cannot gain access to it. If you suspect that something is wrong, you will be able to force them to release it with the help of a solicitor (try posting on a legal student forum, that kind of think, for more info).

If there was no will, then everything goes to the next of kin (her son).

Anyway, I'd feel a bit nervous with ghosts around while I was looking at the funny naked laides on the internet.
