Top Pet Hate: players that aren't team players. Everyone plays to enjoy the game the way they want but if you join a team (group/multi-group hunt, raid, etc) you have agreed to be a team player and knuckle down and cooperate together.

2nd: Setting up a carefully planned ambush and having it spoiled by rp whores that absolutely HAVE to run around like they're in the Emain zerg to make sure they get max rp. This is semi-related to Top Pet Hate

Most bards can't mez in BG1, they never learnt it. Bards just run end/mana song in groups, no one mezzes cos of PBAE.

Main pet hate:
People who loose speed and stop to type "excuse me I have lost speed, could you possibly stop for a moment so I can catch up?" by which time they're about a zone away.

Never even been asked a/s/l in daoc, maybe it's just you silverhood... Stop naming your toons "HotSexyBabe IRL" or similar.

Being spammed with a group invite without even a hello how are you? kind of general approach.
Being spammed for rez requests when I stupidly forget to put /anon on.

Beggars asking for money without even the smallest semblance of a conversation, beggars who want power levelling when you're lvl 33 and they're level 1, beggars who want buffs and can't even spell the word please properly.

People who type u, m8 (although some of me guildees do this so I can't be too nasty), urs, w8, and any other text massacre of the English language.

People who try to tell you how to play the game.

People who, once grouped with you, instantly whine that the mobs are hard enough, they aren't getting enough xp and that you should go bash something much harder - generally resulting in group wipeout.

1. Powerlevelers who use a lv50 character to pull all the mobs in one area, so their little gray friend has enough to kill for the next hour, while everybody else curse and decide to go to Mordred server so they can PK those bastards.

2. Mixed level parties. A lv46 paladin invites me in DF and I join, only to find that everybody else is 40-42. Resulting that my cleric is OOM and almost dead after every battle, because the tanks can't take agro off me and the mobs kick their butts all over the floor and the ceiling.

3. Weird people. A is not an answer dammit!

4. Too l33t people. What the hell did that guy just say?!

5. Group leaders, who invite and then suddenly remember that its time to eat lunch/dinner, resulting to party falling apart. 5min after invite.

Had one yesterday in CM we pulled and 3 of the grp died, so we called for another tank and filled the last place with a lvl 30 Blademaster who was 5 levels lower than most.

'These are too easy' says someone, 'let's try further down'
I say 'we just lost 3 here last pull'

In a group, I can live with it.
In guild-chat when they've reached lv50, fine.
But why-oh-why do people start an alt and /gu DING!!! every time upto lv5. Then they come back later in the evening and give you a DING!! for every level upto 10. By which time they get bored of the class and start a new one.

I hate it.

New one, Being blamed for group deaths because the healer (mentalist in this case) drew aggro and ran off like a headless chicken without letting me kill the mob that was after him...Myself and the tank subsequently dying shortly after (Two mobs). I managed to kill one of the mobs because it was close to me, but i had to chase the other one down as the mentalist had run so far away, got one nuke off and it started to come back, stunned it, pbae'd twice but died before teh second one fired (somehow)...Then being blamed by the mentalist for killing the group because I Hadn't set my pet on it (Which i already had, the mob was hitting me until the pet finally hit the mob to get it off).

Mentalist continued to live, said a few things in Swedish then left, They guy has a bit of a problem since he continues to run around like an idiot when he draws aggro even after being told several times to let the tank get it off or someone otherwise kill the mob.

Suffice to say i really don't like the guy anymore

To me asking that question is like a pally or a cleric asking why they should rezz you when they run past your body
