The following AoE bolt spells in the Ethereal Shriek Specialization Line have had their range adjusted up to 1875 units from 1000 units. Additionally, fall-off damage has been enabled for these bolts, so affected units farther away from the initial target will take less damage when these bolts hit:

Level 11 – Wailing Cascade
Level 18 – Screaming Cascade
Level 26 – Shattering Cascade
Level 35 – Ear-Splitting Cascade

Bug Fixes

Shots from Legendary bows should now use the damage type of the bow if no damage-type modifying buffs are set on the player.


This should be nice with an ice or fire shot.

wtf, enchanters get root? not that its much use because its in enchantment but we may see more light chanters now atleast, whats the notes for 1.11? All hib classes can now root? the new procs should be interesting atleast, might we see some hybrid mend shamans now :p?

light chanters are quite good now aswell :p just open with aoe nuke that has a -15% heat debuff on, lasts 30 seconds rather than 8 seconds on the mana line one >< so more or less perma -25% heat on light chanters now its retardly fun.

Did some Mythic Dev get wtf pwned by a bainshee aoe bolt group or something? that nerf is ridiculous.... the only semi good thing is heal proc to all 3 realms..

Mentalists getting debuffs? lol does every Mythic dev play a Mentalist? what the fuck don't they get? root?

even more fun now :p the aoe looks like lower level baseline nuke gfx so its stun / aoe / spec nuke xD not bad either, was nuking clumsy for 399 after debuff and I know for a fact he has aom5 + he's a warrior, i'd call that pretty fucking good for a -15% debuff, pretty much 3-4 shotting anything that has cloth on.

Yeh, oh well at least whoever has the chanter can get some fun out of it.. pfft, frustration of asking for these changes for 5 or so years just makes me more disatisfied with Mythic tbh..

If they kept the old servers running so no chars were wiped, and just opened new F2P servers so everyone started at the same level it would be great, loads would come back.

Not sure. You want the best of both worlds when playing DAoC usually. This is a Zergfest server with 3000 people online and a server with 400-800 people, where you can solo and have decent 8vs8's.
