Paladin spec ?

39 gives ya nice styles and it's easely getting up to 50 with items.

I would even say 29 slash and rest in Parry ... but dmg is real low than, and ya have to keep in mind that yer a pally so dmg output is allready less.

I feel like 48 chants is kind of a must :-/

Not at all ... S&S tanks first job should be to keep their casters alive. I did the job successfully with a mere 29 slash - now that I have respecced to 48 chants & 39 slash I find that I can actually kill Thanes 1v1 !!! Somebody nerf me quick!!

who told u paladins ARE tanks? if u want a dmg dealer roll merc/or poler

my role in group is to keep casters (dmg dealers/or cc) alive by blockbotting/slamming evil mobs(hibs/mids) and do few hits here and there depending on situation

as for RA's, fh is a must, fa2 and ip can come handy if u like to solo in rvr or small groups, Mastery of Pain/Mastery of Blocking/Mastery of Parrying are nice paladin RA's depending on how u spec

i have atm, FH, FA2, AugDex II, Mastery of Blocking I, Mastery of Pain II, Toughness I, AugCon I, AoV I

getting nice blockrate/parryrate in pve/rvr and have 2.1k hps buffed which keeps me alive pretty long

What I would say for a spec.

46 Chants
42 Shield
39 slash
20 parry

Don't use the af chant that much :|

if you want it, get 48chants 15parry

rest parry

If you go crush/thrust <I'd recommend crush by a mile though> to level 40 then respec to slash you get the autotrained points and can have parry of about 24ish.

My pally is at level 45 atm but I'll work out how much extra in parry I can get when I eventually hit 50

I want a paladin, with autotrained slash and chants to 48 :-S
