well... i must admit that there were a nice amount of albs at mid tonight ( 2.9k rps ) but i still think its lame that there is 30 mids 60+ hibs and 100+ albs. because it just shows how unbalanced the server is. so why dont you albs just try zerging in a even number ? it could be fun for all 3 parts, promise

Being one of the albs in emain keeping the mids busy, I can say there were at least 40+ mids zerging and camping our portal keep. Only once the 3rd door was almost down did any of them start suiciding. I know this because I was the one of the people reporting it back to the rest of the albs doing the raid. This either means your scouting of the relic was non-existant, you got bad communications, or mids don't give a shit bout losing their relics. Whichever one it was, you definately did have a big enough force to defend the relic, especially since we took kinda long to get that 3rd door down.

One thing I ain't denying though, is we had the numbers advantage. BUT, it only takes a few defenders spamming AoE to completely ruin a relic attempt.

A) THIS IS A ENGLISH SERVER.anyone living in uk knows that cotsworld ,ludlow,cornwall all exist till today.this is first mmrpg that u actually feel the legends and see places u might have actually gone to.so where do u expect english people to play on a english server on a realm with english history?
even if hibs had a population of 1 and mids same and albion 3000 i still play on albion.even if albion was 1 and mids 3000 i still be that one on albion.so complaining about numbers is old tiring and makes little sense.
unless u asking GOL to force people to play on realms they do not like.
B)EVERYONE ATTACKS WHEN ENEMY IS LESS LIKELY TO BE THERE OR WEAKER.mids made 2 raids on relics during england world cup match and finals.english love football and i for one would let the relics go rather then miss my matches.mids knew this and attacked.hibs how many times have tried to intercept relics?

I mean, it must feel bad to lose relics like this. I know I was plenty pissed off the first time mids did a sneaky raid and took the first relic but that was just frustration on my part.

This might be a wargame but people are people none the less and we should be civil with one another.

always wonderfull how people manage to get so many immature words into 2 lines, but i'll answer anyway:
First of all hibs at least tried taking relics at peak-time ( can think of at least 5 attempts).
Secondly I didn't mention hibs in my first post at all, cause as you pointed out we only had one successfull relic-raid so far, so we can't tell if there will be a pattern for our raid-times/tactics - so we only got one midnight-raid on our account so far ( 2 am was the time the relics were placed into our keep, so please dont twist the facts here )
And lastly: at no point did I say that i was thinking we did something great with our raid - I was actually unhappy with the late timing back then, but sticked along anyway as we needed that fictory for the morale in Hib

Well now i havent ready the whole tread...i got bored after the first whining-like-a-kid posts but anyway...

To all u ppl whining about times have you ever thought of the fact that this is a so called MMORPG, where there is several hundreds and ofter even thousands of players online at the same time playing on the excalibur server. Now how do you expect ppl to attack when just YOU happen to be online? I for one dident log on today untill 23.00. Just in time to see the call to arms and get to sauvage in time.

So why shouldnt I be allowed to go to raids just because i happen to acctually have some irl mates to hang out with? Maybe just maybe albs have different play times and we do things later than you do. I know i miss something when taking an undefended relic and it would be more fun if someone were defending it but still...taking a undefended one is still better than exping all the time. Btw most ppl have summer hollydays so you should have enough ppl to atleast defend a bit...or maybe you dont want to defend because you dont want to admit that you would lose even if you defend .

Guess that was all and maybe we should stop using the: uke: smiley from now on? It is seen far to much on those forums .
