actually we are, still trying to fix the synchronisation problem between when you pay for your subscription and when the game database updates your account to "Open".

How long will I have to wait to try to subscript again?
It timed out when pressing validate and now its one in process so I cant pick another one. used to be 3 hours orso right? but atm many things aint working properly.

i would think it would as both involve sending authentication to your user account on their side of things

like I said before, I don't know.

Timing out usually takes a few hours (before you're status is set to something other than "Currently being Processed"). I don't know the details of the new system (this really isn't my field - check my sig) but I'd assume it'd be similar.

what about the fact that I closed the window before I clicked to go to the secure site. Now I got it saying that my subs is being processed, and I aint done nowt yet!!!!!!!!!! :touch:

I'd suggest going to bed/bar tbh. It's getting late here, we've been working on the problem for almost 12 hours straight now and the guy at the office needs a rest otherwise he might end up doing more harm than good...

But im still having trouble getting to paysite. Still cant get into my account to activate, and all is updated and Flash 7 and all, anybody looking into that problem, or should i come back sometime next week and try, kinda pointless to keep checking and waiting if no reason to do so ???

well that seems to be the same problem as everyone else is having. They've paid, got an invoice, account marked as Active on sub pages but then it says closed when they try to log in. If it is the same problem then it'll be fixed at the same time.

Nevertheless I'll make sure to let the technical people know about the ToA specific problems just in case it isn't.
