This is his older bro messaging this one, yeah he went a little too far and he realises that but it was funny for a while, people got so mad and acted like it was life or death, despite no rvr happening at the time so not like it was interfering with the use of /as.

He was demoted at first by Balbor due to complaints and Mitsur left his guild because he realised he had gone to far to stay in Unity.

Personally I think the week ban was a bit much, not just saying that because he's my little brother but because of what was actually done. Some spamming etc on an alliance channel for an hour, yeah he pissed people off but also many people saw the funny side. What people have to remember is DAOC is just a game and what is said and done really shouldn't upset you. The ban was put into place for "offending people", now if your honest (the guys who were bitching with him), you weren't actually offended by what he said, you knew it was just being done because Unity is such a strict alliance, a rebellion in a way.

DAOC has had it's fair share of retards not that I am going to mention them but you people that have played this for a while know who I mean. Some people took it personally and started hate campaigns etc, it's just a damn computer game.

If RvR was happening at the time and what he was saying was stopping you from getting your info then fair enough I can understand why you would be annoyed, (as that's the whole purpose of Unity), but at the time it was silent.

Now Mitsur is actually a nice guy and gets on with practically everyone, he had a shit load of people messaging him when it was happening pissing themselves laughing, those people could see the funny side of it and play the game for fun (which meant he did it even more) lol.

He didn't do himself any favours by writing the last couple of posts, he is more annoyed by the principal more than anything seeing as he left the alliance anyway so no more trouble would have occured. He has a second account to play on while the ban is lifted anyway, some time to get the buffbot higher

As a last note the people who sent in the chatlogs-screenshots etc, there's having an 'argument' in-game then there's making it personal. Getting someone banned for a game they are paying for IS taking it too far and that was just plain nasty (especially as you knew it would not happen again) and not something I would want for anyone (and there are people I really don't like at all).

No doubt some of you will quote what I have said and do your best to rip it apart, I have not spent ages making this a perfect post, know that also I really wont be bothered if you try and 'flame' me for it.

However, having a 50 cleric, i have seen FAR FAR worse being said to me when I couldnt heal people, because (for example) I had just been ressed or whatever.

A long while ago I spent alot of time and effort setting Unity up... bringing together 2 existing BIG alliances into one. It took one hell of alot of effort and though it was frankly a

What were they meant to do? even guild leaders have very limited powers in the game and making it hard to get groups is hardly punishment. He did it during the day when there were potentially children playing and parents watching. GOA and the Unity Alliance have rules of conduct, he broke them and deserved to be punished. The Unity Alliance did exactly what you suggested - fixed it's problem by booting him and reporting him This is just a game but it's real people behind those characters..

what Mitsur did was make more than half the "unity" alliance turn OFF their /as.... not gonna do much fucking good with an /as if noone reads it because of spoiled little brats having a temper tauntrum because they can´t get their favorite candy!

he went over the line he gets kicked from guild...

we´re talking 1½ hour of continous spamming here, that´s not going over the line, that´s taking a 0-100 in 5sec car and driving over the Grand Canyon.... once you hit the ground their ain´t nothing less.

Mitsur has thrown away his ingame rep, his guild, and his credibility.... in my opinion going to GOA wasn´t taking thing to seriously... this guy was swearing like a sailor on leave in a french harbour... at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a sunday where kids and whathaveyounot is playing.

I don´t mind swearing all that much, do quite a bit of it myself (never in /gu though we got kids in guild so I try to contain my language) but Mitsur went over the line, what he did was harrashment of other players, which is a banable offence... it´s his first time so he only got a 7 day suspension, I for one hopes he will throw another temper tauntrum so I can report that too and have him kicked all together.
